I just read an excellent article on a real estate developer in Las Vegas dealing with the rise and fall (and hopefully rise) of a mega million dollar project in the City.
The story does a great job of showing you what it takes to complete a real estate development project. Things don’t go according to plan and you have to make very difficult decisions on the fly.
As they say, “If it was easy, everybody would be doing it.”
