Meet the Staff

Every member of the Property Development Source.com (PDS) faculty has at least 10 years of experience in the land development industry (some have well over 20). Most of our faculty are engineers first and developers second. This fits perfectly with the primary focus of the site – teaching people how to conduct site due diligence, site evaluation and site feasibility without hiring expensive experts or spending lots of money.

The Primary PDS Team

Bart Pair, P.E. – Content Manager

Bart has land development in his blood. With a father who has developed property and invested in real esate for nearly 40 years, a mother who is a real estate agent, and an older brother who has staked his claim in the commercial development sector, Bart’s ties to the real estate industry run deep.
He completed a bachelor’s degree from Virginia Tech and a master’s from Colorado State University, before setting out to see the country and the world as a Civil Engineer. From California to Florida to across the world in Africa, Bart has helped develop properties all over the globe. It is the early phases of a project that he loves best.

The knowledge and experience Dave has stored in his head is priceless. After 30 years of working in the development industry, he has nearly seen it all. The goal of Property Development Source.com is to transfer as much of that wisdom into the minds of all our readers and members.

Hailing from Ohio with a degree from the University of Dayton, Dave has called Florida home for the last 20 years.
