This fits perfectly with the primary focus of the site – teaching people how to conduct site due diligence, site evaluation and site feasibility without hiring expensive experts or spending lots of money.

Bart has land development in his blood. With a father who has developed property and invested in real estate for nearly 40 years, a mother who is a real estate agent, and an older brother who has staked his claim in the commercial development sector, Bart’s ties to the real estate industry run deep.
He completed a bachelor’s degree from Virginia Tech and a master’s from Colorado State University, before setting out to see the country and the world as a Civil Engineer. From California to Florida to across the world in Africa, Bart has helped develop properties all over the globe. It is the early phases of a project that he loves best.
