After the introductory half hour our standard rates of $75 per each additional 30 minutes applies.

SITE EVALUATIONS:
For readers of this site that for various reasons are not interested in performing property due diligence on their own, we are able to provide that service.
Depending on our workload we are available to conduct entire property evaluations for clients. This includes due diligence, concept plans and even engineering services (depending on location). Again, just send me an email and we will work together to create a proposal that will satisfy your needs.
