CONTEST begins at 12:01 am (ET) on March 18, 2008, AND ends at 11:59 PM (ET) on April 1, 2008.

1. HOW TO ENTER: There are three (3) ways to enter.
   1. Social Bookmarking a PropertyDevelopmentSource.com blog post: Use the bookmarking buttons at the bottom of the blog posts on PropertyDevelopmentSource.com to socially bookmark a blog post on one of the available bookmarking and social websites. The social bookmark must contain a proper title, description, URL, and tags where applicable. Upon completion of the social bookmark, the entrant must send an email to bart@propertydevelopmentsource.com with the subject line with subject heading: contest entry. The body of the email must state which blog post was submitted, what bookmarking or social site was the post submitted to, and what your username was used on that bookmarking or social site to submit the post. All of this information must be included to qualify as a valid entry. No blog posts relating to the contest are allowed to be socially bookmarked.
   2. Social Bookmarking a PropertyDevelopmentSource.com video on another website: A few of the videos available on PropertyDevelopmentSource.com can also be found on video websites like revver.com, livevideo.com, Google Video, youtube and other websites. Go to those video websites and social bookmark the PropertyDevelopmentSource videos you find there. The social bookmark must contain a proper title, description, URL, and tags where applicable. Upon completion of the social bookmark, the entrant must send an email to bart@propertydevelopmentsource.com with the subject line with subject heading: contest entry. The body of the email must state which blog post was submitted, what bookmarking or social site was the post submitted to, and what your username was used on that bookmarking or social site to submit the post. All of this information must be included to qualify as a valid entry. Note: it is perfectly acceptable to embed a video on your own website and then social bookmark it as well.
   3. Provide a link to PropertyDevelopmentSource.com on your own website: 2) If you have a website you can get 10 contest entries in one easy step. Simply write at least a 3 line description about PropertyDevelopmentSource.com on your website and include a link to our site in the description. (Links can be to the main web url or to a particular bog post it doesnt matter they just need to be working hyperlinks and can not be no follow. Preferred Anchor Text is Property Development) Send an email to bart@propertydevelopmentsource.com with the subject heading: contest entry and give the url of where the link is located and your done. 10 entries will be counted for each valid link from a working website to propertydevelopmentsource.com Multiple linking entries are allowed provide each link entry is from seperate website domain and uses a different or unique 3 line description about PropertyDevelopmentSource.com
   
   
2. Limits to Entry: Each person entering the contest is limited to 100 entries regardless of the method of entry. Only 10 entries are allowed per person using the Social Bookmarking a PropertyDevelopmentSource.com blog post technique. Only 10 entries are allowed using the Social Bookmarking a PropertyDevelopmentSource.com video on another website technique. Only 8 valid links or 80 entries are allowed using the Provide a link to PropertyDevelopmentSource.com on your own website.
   
   
3. SELECTION OF WINNERS: One grand prize winner and one runner up prize winner will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received. The winner will be selected on or about April 2, 2008, by a representatives of Sponsor, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Contest. Winners will be notified by email.
   
   
4. PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize: approximate value US$4,500. One (1) Runner Up Prize: approximate value US$200. The prizes will be awarded (assuming a minimum of five (50) eligible entries). No substitution or transfer of prize permitted. Sponsor responsible only for prize delivery; not responsible for prize utility, quality or otherwise. Taxes and fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of prize winner.
   
   
5. ELIGIBILITY: Contest open to individuals age 18 or older as of March 18, 2008 who are legal residents of the United States, except employees (and their immediate families and members of the same household) of Sponsor, its affiliates, agents, judges and advertising and promotion agencies.
   
   
6. VERIFICATION OF WINNER AND DELIVERY OF PRIZE: Winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and, where permitted, a publicity release. Prize may be forfeited if affidavit is not returned within 14 days after mailing to winner or if prize notification letter or prize is returned as undeliverable or if 3 attempts to contact entrant by email are unsuccessful. If Grand Prize is won by a minor, it will be awarded in the name of a parent or legal guardian in Sponsors sole discretion. Winner agrees to use of name, address, likeness, and/or prize information and Site Evaluation Report information for promotional purposes in any medium without additional compensation to the extent permitted by law, any such use with respect to minors to be subject to prior approval of parent or legal guardian. Grand Prize only includes the services that the members of PropertyDevelopmentSource.com can provide from their office in Florida. No physical site visits, meeting attendance or travel of any kind is included in the prize. No Professional Services including Civil Engineering, Wetlands Assessments, Geotechncical Investigations, Endangered Species Assessments or other services are included in any of the Prizes. The Grand Prize simply includes the creation of a Site Evaluation Report that can be accomplished to the best of our abilities from our home office. No outside consultants will be hired or used in any way.
   
   
7. GENERAL: This Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all applicable country, federal, state and local laws and regulations. This Contest will be governed by the internal laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this Contest must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States of America. Sponsor and judges not responsible for late, lost, stolen, damaged, garbled, incomplete, misaddressed, postage due, or misdirected entries, mail or communications, for errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, or delays in operations or transmission of information, in each case whether arising by way of technical or other failures or malfunctions of computer hardware, software, communications devices, or transmission lines or data corruption, theft, destruction, unauthorized access to or alteration of entry materials, loss or otherwise. Further, Sponsor and judges not responsible for electronic communications which are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind, or insufficient space in entrant's e-mail account to receive e-mail messages. The use of automated software or computer programs to register or to enter the Contest or that are embedded in any Flash Ad/Video/Message is prohibited and any individual who uses or attempts to use such methods to register or to enter will be disqualified. Sponsor disclaims any liability for damage to any computer system resulting from participation in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with, this Contest, and reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, cancel, terminate or suspend this Contest should any virus, bug, technical failures, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond Sponsors control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Contest. In the event of any such cancellation, termination or suspension, a notice will be posted and the winner will be selected from among all eligible entries received prior to such time. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant from this Contest or any other promotion conducted now or in the future by Sponsor or any of its affiliates if his or her fraud or misconduct affects the integrity of the Contest. By participating in this Contest, each entrant accepts the conditions stated in these Official Rules, agrees to be bound by the decisions of the judges and warrants that s/he is eligible to participate in this Contest.
